All rates per room per night and include accommodation, full English breakfast and 17.5% VAT

Wedding Special: Do you feel you don’t have plenty of time on Saturday morning to ready yourself for the big day? Why not stay over on Friday night? If you have booked Saturday then Friday is 50% (subject to availability)

Booking Terms & Conditions:
Check-in hours between 5.00 pm and 11.00 pm. Please ensure to respect this timing as there will be no one to conduct your check-in therefore we can’t accept check-ins after 11.00 pm. Please make sure you enter your arrival time when making your booking online.

Check out by 10.00 am.

Reservation & Cancellation:
We need to take a credit card number to secure your reservation. This will only be used if you do not cancel your reservation before 11.00 hrs 2 days before your intended arrival. In such a case we will charge you for the first night’s stay, unless we are able to re-let the room/s.

All “no shows” and early check outs will be charged the full value of the reservation, unless we are able to re-let the room/s.

If you reserve 3 or more rooms or your stay is for 3 or more nights and you do not give us the notice required you will be charged the full value of the reservation and we will refund you the amount recovered from re-letting the room/s if we are able to re-let the room/s.

Payment:
Payment is made on check out. We cater for all Credit Cards inc. American Express. Guests must vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.
